Yes this Dragons Rise event is CURRENTLY your last* chance for the ONYX Indrik mount!
*ACCORDING to a response I received from ESO, Onyx Indriks should return someday but
they didnt have the details yet.

- You can get the feathers during ANY event.

*Since this is the 4th event for Onyx and all berry types are offered, it should be the last
event for the Onyx Indrik, for now. The next event starts the Pure Snow Indrik.
