Today I talk about 8 things people say about carbohydrates that are just not true. Some of them can really hamper your results if you believe them.

Today we discuss something a lot of Keto folks tend to say that just isn’t true. That is you don’t need to count vegetable carbs or that some how carbs from some things are good vs. bad carbs.

Eight Myths about Carbs and Keto Living…

1. Some carbs are slow carbs and those are okay.
2. God gave us fruit so it can’t be bad for us.
3. Carbs from veggies or certain veggies don’t count.
4. 20 Carbs a day is 20 carbs a day no matter when consumed.
5. You should count fiber as 1/2 of a carb.
6. From time to time you need a heavy carb day.
7. There is no way to get a lot of veggies and stay under on carbs.
8. The low carb - keto diet is the best diet for everyone
