Pro Superbike Racer Marcel Irnie ventured North to enter the August 10 -12th, 2018 Canadian Superbike Championship - CTMP Finale Double Header. Irnie has not been to CTMP (Mosport) since racing in 2014 - See Playlist: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL9EdHN9SPeEiHxFQYyMjTFjxiksYqLzKD .

With no Thursday practice, Irnie jumped right into learning the track's new bumps in FP1, and continued with suspension testing in Qualifying 1. Irnie qualified 13th with a 1:24.096 (half a second off 2014's qualifying time of 1:23.587). With Irnie still searching for bike setup, and the special lines around the bumpy circuit, the Race 1 will be a great opportunity to learn from other riders.
