Wray tipped the edges to the power bulge in the tipping wheel. After trimming the excess material from the panel he fits the 2 pieces together and clamps them in place. Ensuring both flexible shape patterns fit along with the center gauge. He then tack welds the two panels together using our tig welder, then flips it over to the underside and tig welds them together.
