Anomalous Lights - Color Night Vision 8-9-22

This is footage of the eastern sky as per usual. The first anomalous lights I'd seen since upgrading to color night vision cctv camera that I have noticed.

Despite not seeing the original blinking lights that looked much like morse code once going out there, the star-like object I had thought was just a lens artifact due to it always being in the same spot and never moving, turns out the low-light amplification on my Galaxy S21 Ultra @ 1080p 60FPS sees whatever it may be as well... At 4k and with my naked eye, the sky was black aside from Polaris, which was above me and a bit to the right.

Note: I thought the blinking light was just a plane, and by the time I'd realized it wasn't moving and couldn't be seen with the naked eye either, it had apparently disappeared when I panned back over to show it again... I may put the other 2k cctv camera from before side-by-side for comparison purposes in the future since it seems to catch more oddities with the IR.
Might start comparing Parkersburg to Skinwalker Ranch area since we have plenty of high strangeness here as well as possible vortex action, unexcavated and unknown mounds of interest, and the tell-tale confluence of rivers inc a possible long-forgotten star city thats long been destroyed with remnants only being the rivers and the usual under-city tunnels that once linked Marietta in a sense by both having the Ohio River flowing through them in the distant past... Could call these videos High Strangeness at Corbitt Manor... maybe..
