New York Will Fine People $250,000 for Saying These Two Words

In a city where skyscrapers tower, First Amendment rights our Constitution promises U.S. Citizens, seem to be at risk of getting pushed deeper and deeper underground.

It's thanks to a mandate made by a committee of mayor Bill de Blasio's appointee. Their ban on a certain phrase could see some of the city's residents hit with fines of up to $250,000.
