Ukraine Blocks Military Withdrawal AGAIN

Todays Military withdrawal failed
Throughout the day Donetsk People's Republic forces have shot 3 flares to signify that they are ready to comply with the new peace agreements and start the withdrawal of military forces from the front line. Ukraine for the second day has so far ignored and again refusing to take part in the military withdrawal. Ukraine says they want peace but they are doing the opposite. The shell civilian homes everyday and refuse to take part in the agreed military withdrawal.
