Commenting about, observing and handicapping a public trial can be a great public service. I have been proud to participate on and off in the great livestream panel put together by @RekietaMedia. I do want to remind everyone of an important point we have all made: Unless you have "the Redweld," you will never really know why a lawyer or trial team makes the decisions it does.
