Scott Bodnar SELF SURRENDERS TO FEDERAL PRISON Next Week for POT | RDAP DAN

We would like to introduce you to another one of our amazing clients. Scott Bodnar who goes by the nickname Pepe was just sentenced to 55 months in federal prison. He will self surrender next Wednesday, Oct 16, 2019, to Lewisburg Federal Prison Camp in PA.

Scott Bodnar pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute, and to possess with intent to distribute, 1,000 kilograms or more of marijuana, and one count of conspiracy to launder monetary instruments.

Pepe started preparing for his release from federal prison very early on. This preparation has paid off huge for him. At one point Bodnar was facing close to 40 years in federal prison. And then he was facing a minimum mandatory of 10 years. During all this never did Scott give up and throw in the towel. He dug deep and kept fighting by building his knowledge base and continuing to prepare. Bodnar worked hard on creating his personal narrative and allowing us Federal Prison Time Consulting to assist in preparing his friends and family with character reference letters. Scott was well prepared for his presentence interview with US probation. This hard work & preparation yielded an outcome that Scott was satisfied with.

Scott also formulated a plan to help prepare his family including his kids as to how they could prepare for his departure off to Federal Prison. Listen to his story about pizza nights every Thursday. Scott is a role model for any parent that has children and that is possibly facing a federal prison sentence.
