Many folks that are embarking on a keto journey are extremely over weight. Even some that are simply a bit over weight have not been physically active for a decade or more. So when they try to become active they pain and problems. Many times this results in quitting before they even start.

Today I discuss how to get though starting an exercise routine without torturing themselves, but at the same time without quitting. Walking and lifting things are the most human of all activities, not doing them is simply not a good option.
