Z07 Corvette Grand Sport v. Non-Z07 ON TRACK | Sons of Speed

We went to Gingerman Raceway with two stock Grand Sports to find out if the Z07 package made the Corvette Grand Sport faster around a track. The C7 Grand Sport is one of the best iterations of the 7th Generation Corvette lineup, with its reliable and true LT1 V-8 married with all the go-fast suspension bits from its big brother, the Z06. For $7,995, Grand Sport buyers could add even more chassis prowess to their Grand Sport by opting for the Z07 package, which adds larger, carbon-ceramic brakes, stickier Micheline Pilot Cup 2 tires and stage-2 aerodynamic pieces for added downforce.
