I find this question really odd but I do keep getting it, basically…
So once you meet your weight goals how will you stop further weight loss? Okay so today we tackle that one. It really isn’t even an issue. But I do have some thoughts about the difference between needing to lose weight, maintain weight, over all health and specific training goals.
Progress as of today....
~ Weight on the 11th of Oct. – 216.4 - my last video in this series
~ Weight as of this morning the 14th of October – 215.2
~ Total body weight and percentage since Aug 12 (60 days) 31.8 pounds – 12.87% of starting weight
