ABOUT THIS VIDEO

Doctors and surgeons often attribute hip pain and stiff hips to bone problems. They say FAI and hip osteoarthritis are the causes of these issues. Then there's nothing you can do to help yourself. Dennis shares his story of training his hips at Upright Health. He worked with Mitch for four days in a row to improve his hip mobility.

He shares what he learned and the results he got in only a week of doing specific hip exercises chosen specifically to help him.

Always think muscles and you too can improve your hip problems.
