Presto pressure canner after power failure

I was in the middle of canning and I had a power flicker. Power came right back on, but the canner started over.of course customer service is closed. So, followed the manual as if I was processing for waterbath, but meant to pressure can. It requires venting, waiting for pressure to drop, checking if any lids sealed...replacing them and back in canner to reprocess.
