Watch Angela Harders on the Real America's Voice Show. The Water Cooler Host, David Brody, interviews special education teacher, Angela Harders, about her experience being put on administrative leave for not wearing a mask - even though she had an approved medical exemption for her documented disability.

Montgomery County Public Schools (MCPS) is threatening to terminate her for "insubordination" even though their policy states that people will disabilities or medical conditions are "permitted to enter MCPS facilities without a face covering." https://www.montgomeryschoolsmd.org/departments/facilities/safety/masks.aspx#whomasks

Angela has expressed that the issue is much deeper than a mask. It's about freedom. Many other MCPS staff members are concerned about the violations to their contract as well as the United States and Maryland State Constitutions.

Maryland State Constitution, Article 36
"That as it is the duty of every man to worship God in such manner as he thinks most acceptable to Him, all persons are equally entitled to protection in their religious liberty; wherefore, no person ought by any law to be molested in his person or estate, on account of his religious persuasion, or profession, or for his religious practice..."

(2) to limit, segregate, or classify his employees or applicants for employment in any way which would deprive or tend to deprive any individual of employment opportunities or otherwise adversely affect his status as an employee, because of such individual's race, color, religion, sex, or national origin."
