Tons of lumber wash ashore in Russia’s Far East

Several tons of lumber wood ended up in the sea, allegedly after falling off an overloaded cargo ship. The wood then washed up on Russia’s Far East coast, blocking a waterway in one village. Will anyone walk the plank for this?
