ELECTION LAW AND THE TOWNSHIP CLERK - All Power is Local

The sanctity of your vote and the integrity of the election process are important parts of the foundation of our society, which is based upon Ordered Liberty.

Ongoing research into the 2020 election and the resulting findings are of significant concern for the citizens of Jackson County and the nation because "elections results matter."

The Purpose of this event was to inform the public of the constitutional and statutory guidelines that currently define the duties of Township Clerks, specifically as they relate to elections.

Election anomalies were identified with the goal of using our findings to design, develop and implement free and fair elections for a secure future for America.

The invitation to this event went out to Township Clerks, Township Boards, County Sheriffs, Precinct Delegates, County Commissioners and the General Public, asking them to attend this critically important educational seminar that focused on election responsibility and accountability.
