Before the weather gets too cool, we delve into a refreshing cocktail that pairs beautifully with a Don Carlos by Arturo Fuente.

Negroni Cocktail Recipe

1 oz Gin
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
1 oz Campari

Fill cocktail shaker 1/2 way with ice and add all the ingredients, shake well to chill.
Fill an Old Fasioned glass 1/2 way with ice and pour chilled cocktail over the ice. Add a strip of orange peel for garnish if desired.
