Restless Leg Syndrome seems to be caused by low dopamine levels towards the end of the day/ as you're going to sleep.

Dopamine levels are usually highest in the mornings when you require higher levels of focus and concentration. The kidneys, liver, spleen and stomach are essential for making dopamine so we'll be working these organs to increase dopamine production.

Incidentally, low dopamine is a factor in addictions, not just drugs or alcohol, but also the need to constantly check your phone for emails or social media updates.

In this video you'll learn how to stimulate the organs necessary for dopamine production, send energy, nutrition and oxygenation to your legs and calm your nervous system to help you sleep and reduce anxiety.
