Pike Fishing The Grand River Michigan / Michigan River Fishing / Chasing Salmon / Pink Mepps Spinner

In this video I was Fishing The Grand River in Ionia Michigan looking for real early kings or cohos. This year seems to be the year they ran had and wouldn't bite a lure... Too hot IMO... I do plenty of pike fishing all summer long on The Grand River and I love pike fishing however today I was irritated because I was salmon fishing without any luck for weeks. I love Mepps spinners for pike as well as salmon and the pink Agilla #4 is a favorite of mine. This one is special however because it has the black skirt and It was gifted to me by my friend Kevin Turner. Anyway It really wasn't a surprise to get a few pike in this spot but again not what I was looking for. So Mepps spinners and The Grand River makes for a great Northern Pike recipe.
