THE MAHARAJAS' EXPRESS | Shot on SAMSUNG GRAND | Thane Station

After Five years and being my First Smartphone, The Samsung Galaxy Grand 1. The Phone Could shoot great videos in Full HD even back then. This made me to wonder, how will it Performs capturing video at 1080p in 2019!? So, I Decided to Shoot Some Random Trains at Thane Station, and to my Luck the very First Train that I Got to Capture was this “The Maharajas Express”. The Video Quality to me was Quite Good if not the best. Hope you all Enjoy Watching the Video.

About the Train:
The luxury train service was started in March 2010.Owned and operated by IRCTC, Maharajas' Express is the most expensive luxury train in India. It runs between October and April, covering around 12 destinations, most of which lie in Rajasthan. The train comprises 23 carriages which include accommodation, dining, bar, lounge, generator and store cars. Accommodation is available in 14 guest carriages with total passenger capacity of 84. The train also has a lounge called the Rajah Club with a private bar, two dining cars and a dedicated bar car. An on-board souvenir boutique offers tat for passengers. The train is also equipped with a water filtration plant. While the fare for a Deluxe Cabin for one adult is $3,850 (Around Rs. 2 lakh 80 thousand) for 4 days and 3 nights, it goes up to $12,900 if you book a Presidential Suite. The train offers a range of five itineraries between the months of September and April, which include experiences such as meeting the members of the royal family, attending the elephant polo match in Jaipur, and vising the temples of Khajuraho.
The Maharajas' Express was voted "The World's Leading Luxury Train" Seven times in a row at The World Travel Awards in 2012, 2013, 2014,2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018.
