A lot of well meaning people are giving some really inaccurate advice when it comes to labels and animal products. This episode will likely make me hated but it is the truth.

1. Grass Fed and Grass Finished do mean the same thing on a label
2. Raised without antibiotics and no antibiotics ever do mean almost 100% the same thing
3. Raised without hormones and no hormones ever also mean the same thing
4. No meat or animal products that are organic can have ever been given antibiotics or hormones, ever.
5. In the end you are still just trusting a label, companies do lie but the tricks are not what many claim they are.

I am sorry but many Keto vloggers, mommy bloggers, etc. just have this stuff wrong. No I don’t trust big food but I am fond of facts.
