Commerce Secretary Gina Raimondo joins Andrea Mitchell with her reaction to House Republican leadership whipping their colleagues to vote against the CHIPS-Plus bill, which passed with bipartisan support in the Senate. “You shouldn't play politics with our country's national security,” says Raimondo. “Frankly, they're playing into China's hand. This is exactly what China would want.”
