It is common for many people to do well in the first 30-60 days on Keto, then hit a dreaded stall long before meeting goal weight. What causes this? More important what can you do about it? The main causes of stalls…

Too many calories
Too much fat
Over eating carbs
Not enough exercise/movement
False stall - ie you are impatient
Your metabotilic system needs more time to recover

What you can do about it…

1. Track macros religiously
2. Go carnivore for a week or two
3. Try a multi day fast
4. Get more movement based exercise
5. Be patient and trust the system
6. Get on two meals a day
7. Don’t use fat bombs unless you need them and are losing weight with them
8. Avoid replacement therapy as much as possible
9. Eat a lot of Whole Foods in the form of vegetables
10. Drink, drink and drink water.
