Student Won't Obey: DEMANDS FAIR WARNING, GETS ARRESTED, ALL CHARGES DROPPED

Corvallis, Oregon (Audio @ 0:34) - Genesis Hansen, 21, is stopped by Trooper Kelly Katsikis because she was allegedly riding her bicycle on the wrong side of the street. Once stopped Hansen insists on receiving a "fair warning" (in writing) until she is eventually taken to the ground, arrested, identified, cited and released. According to ABC NEWS "Hansen was booked on charges of interfering with a peace officer and resisting arrest, but the Benton County district attorney dropped the charges after reviewing the video."
