Because it was a lot of stuff about Brett Kavanaugh that was very weird- not just the uh Blasey Ford uh accusations but there was also a lot around like severe debt that Kavanaugh had that just sort of disappeared in the run-up to his being nominated. And the interesting thing about Kavanaugh is I can't remember if he was on the original heritage list. Remember Donald Trump in the waning days of his election you know was holding up a document from heritage foundation these are the judges I'm going to nominate I don't think he was on that first list. I think that, well- let's put it this way he was supposedly Anthony Kennedy's choice he had clerked for Kennedy, they were trying to get Kennedy off the court, and it just so happened that they ended up nominating his choice...
