Who is at fault? The Pole or the Driver? Multicab Crashed into a Pole in the Middle of the Road

A driver and his wife met with misfortune after the vehicle they were riding in hit a pole in the middle of the road.

According to Arnel Avila's post, the incident happened in Luisiana and Cavinti, Laguna around 7 am, August 7.

It can be seen in the photo that the couple's car is broken and flattened due to the force of the impact on the pole.

Based on the police report, the multicab driver and his wife were just going to deliver food to the hospital because their mother was confined, when the accident happened but they did not see the pole in the middle of the road.

In the accident that happened, his wife was also rushed to the hospital due to the injuries sustained.
