It Just Gets Worse

Poor people in centuries past had options no longer available today. They often fashioned shanty houses or lived in crowded boardinghouses while working towards a better life. Government has decided it knows better and must “protect” poor people from substandard, “unsafe” dwellings. Government regulatory overreach forces struggling Americans to live on the streets rather than allowing them to opt for imperfect but affordable housing.
