On True and Solid Devotion

Chapter 1
The word "devotion" means a "vowing" of oneself. True and solid devotion is that disposition of the heart by which we are ready to do or endure, without exception, everything that comes from God or is permitted by His will. Devotion is a DISPOSITION of the heart, it is NOT perfection or faultlessness.
