Granite Rock Pan: Re-Tested After 1 Year and 100+ Uses!

Today I'm re-testing the Granite Rock pan after one year and over 100 uses to see if it can still hold up to my original tests. Also to clarify, you can use oil or butter with this pan, but be careful with olive oil, as it can cause problems with used above low heat.
