MODO DE PREPARO
Misture o café solúvel, o açúcar e a água em um recipiente.
Bata até ficar bastante cremoso com o auxílio de um fouet ou garfo (textura pastosa, tipo um suspiro).
Em um copo (350 ml), adicione gelo e leite, deixando uma sobra de aproximadamente dois dedos.
Acrescente a mistura cremosa ao topo.
Antes de beber, misture levemente com uma colher ou canudo.

PREPARATION MODE
Mix instant coffee, sugar and water in a bowl.
