East KY Fooding Update No Comms, Bad Roads, High Spirits! (8/8/22)

Massive flooding in the dead of night caught many people unaware in Eastern Kentucky last week. 500+ Southern Baptist Disaster Relief volunteers are boots on the ground … already having cleaned about over 100 homes and public buildings like churches and other staging points.

Food and water are flowing here in Pike County but the disaster relief teams are having a very difficult time in this disaster response.
