This video took three takes because I was so ticked off at this foolishness. We have leaders who would endorse having foreign troops come into the country openly. Not for training, not even our allies like Canada and the UK, but from nations that do NOT like us, to help their political goals. This is NOT a good idea, and recent behavior of UN "peacekeepers" shows why.
