The Queen of the Void is the incarnation of the entire city after the Void devoured a former metropolis, inheriting the city's name and the wisdom of all creations within it. After some dialogue, Kai'Sa was released and asked Kai'Sa to continue to fight against the Void Watcher, in exchange for the new hero promising to suspend the devouring of the real world.
