BKP says we will work together, as Warnock and media say GOP is blocking insulin cap

Raphel Warnock has known all along that the bill would be a 50-50 reconciliation bill and the insulin cap would not pass under the bill because it would push private insurers to cap the cost of insulin. The $35 cap for medicare is part of the budget because it is government funded. This bill passed under reconciliation. If a bill is not a budgetary issue it can not pass under reconciliation. Everything on this bill had to have a budget attached to it. Normally the senate takes 60 votes. And because this is a budgetary bill and they have known all along that this will be a reconciliation bill and the parliamentarian would have to go through the bill to see if it followed the rules. And that is why Warnock has been reporting about the insulin and how he was going to get help cap the insulin cost. And they knew the whole time that it would not pass under the parliamentarian reconciliation rules. They aren’t running any footage on all the lies they have told regarding the bill. The media is reporting that the GOP blocks insulin amendment. 43 GOP senators blocked caps on insulin costs. Republicans find that this doesn’t meet the rules under reconciliation, but the media doesn’t say that the reason it doesn’t pass is because it doesn’t pass the parliamentarian rules because it is not a budgetary matter. It is commercial waiting to happen for Warnock to play across the state. They all know it wouldn’t pass, yet they all lie saying the republicans stopped the $35 insulin cap.
