I made a self care box, and then it sat for a YEAR! I did not use it! It ended up buried under a bunch of stuff in a corner on my dresser. I had good intentions of using it-that's why I made it right?

What is it that keeps us putting our own self care on the back burner time and time again? My biggest excuse is that I don't have the time....We're talking like ten minutes a day here guys! There are no more excuses I am making a new self care box and I'm going to use it this time!
