Florida law requires you identify yourself to the police in certain situations.

However under the law you don’t have to identify yourself in all cases.

In fact in many cases you may not want to identify yourself to keep your privacy.

So when do you have to identify yourself to the police?

We look at 2 laws in Florida where identifying yourself is required - and we look at the limitations of those law in this video.
