Modern Warfare | Make Ghost a Field Upgrade (Ghost Rant)

This is my hot take on the Ghost Perk and why it should be changed. Ghost needs to swap place with dead silence in the field upgrades. Modern Warfare has a serious issue when it comes to movement and map awareness and I feel like this could be a happy middle ground.
