This is the part II
And it is more of a tutorial. It goes into detail about motionless and moving meditation to access our energetic body.
It discusses the differences, breaks down stages and components of each, and talks about what one can expect through progression and practice. It discusses more of what isn't really explained fully when we tend to discuss various meditative practices.
