Captives are abused in Ukraine

One captor holding a gun appears to have an American flag on the front of his uniform along with an unknown black shield-shaped patch with a figure on it. It's not known who the captors or captives are, what groups they belong to, what happened before or after the video, or the time and place of the recording.
