Actor and environmental advocate Ted Danson testified on the environmental impacts of plastic pollution at a House Natural Resources subcommittee hearing. Mr. Danson currently serves as the board of directors vice chair for Oceana, a nonprofit ocean conservation organization. Other witnesses testifying included environmental advocates, professors and plastic industry representatives.
