In this video we talk about how we had to make the tough decision to extend our conditions. This ask can be risky because the seller might think that they are wasting their time if the buyer hasn't gotten it together by the first agreed upon time. however we did waive two out of three conditions. We waived that we are able to get insurance, and we waived the house inspection. waiving the house inspection is risky too because now we have no reasonable exit from the contract if we are able to get funding but end up not wanting the house.
We also find an amazing boondocking spot for some quality RV life. it's a pull out on the side of a lake.
