The west media have been accustomed to a high-profile opinion leader, but before long, they will get used to the absence of a silent Jack Ma.

Jack Ma has done a great job, of changing the public image of Chinese people, through his frequent interaction with public figures in the west, and because of him, people in the world have realized, that China is no longer that weak, backward or even wretched country, like that poor nation in the centuries of humiliation, when it was bullied by western powers since the opium war in 1840.

Jack Ma has also launched a lot of charities, to help people not only in China but also in the world.

one great example is Ant Group's forestation project, which has planted over 200 million trees in China's Gobi Desert areas.

This project has involved over 550 million people as partners, and it has reduced China's deserts, by around half a million acres, and reduced 12 million tons of carbon.
