These Days Are Evil! * Ephesians 5:15-16 * Today's Verses

If we want to walk in the light of the Lord, we need to understand what that walk requires. But, first, we need to recognize that we are living in evil times of disobedience because of the corrupting influence of Satan. Paul is warning that Christians must be wise and careful in everything, including how we use our time. If we are not careful, we can easily be persuaded toward the evil this world suggests. The suggestion to be careful indicates that we must avoid what comes naturally and walk the less traveled road. The life of a Christian needs to be thoughtful and reflective of God.

1 - The Bible tells us to. Colossians 3:16 says, "Let the message about Christ, in all its richness, fill your lives. Teach and counsel each other with all the wisdom he gives.
