Renovation 1

Part 1 of house renovation down the street from me. The house was built in 1873 by General Samuel S. Carroll. This was one of 11 houses built in the area that years. At least 4 were built by Carroll with 3 will remaining. It is un clear if they were service housing or vacation house that he was renting or selling. General Carrol's house was about 1000 feet away and I think it burned down a long time ago. There are apartment buildings there now.
