WWF Raw 8/2/93 & NWA Powerrr Season 9 Episode 8 Recap/Review/Results

Today is a regular Monday podcast with our Retro Raw and NWA Powerrr reports. Retro Raw saw the official TV debut of Jim Cornette, a plug for an interpromotional Smoky Mountain Wrestling Match, and a whacky Doink the Clown vs. Macho Man Randy Savage match. NWA Powerrr had a good old-school heat angle and a bunch of modernized WWE-Lite material that really drove me up a wall. We also touch on the current state of the modern wrestling product and where we are in 2022 with what actual "good content" is out there. Newsflash... it's not a lot.
