The Mudroom, attempting to fix years of neglect. | The homestead E44 S1

Today I'm ripping the mudroom / sunroom apart and getting a start on renovating that area. the walls are built with old paneling that is rotting and broken near the floor, and as we find out in this video even some of the floor has issues. there's also a broken window that needs fixed. oy vey! this is going to be a a first pass on this room as eventually we want to turn this into a fall, summer, spring plant room.
