In this video I share what I learned from daily meditation for 28 days straight using the Waking up app and following the beginning course. I also review the app and talk about some of the features on there and talk about how it preforms as an interface. The 28 day course on the waking up is designed to slowly get you doing and learning about mindfulness meditation. This course is built in a way where you use what you learned the day before to push yourself further into the concept and practice of mediation. It also explores a couple different types of meditation throughout it giving you a nice intro into the headless way, and Metta love and kindness meditations. Overall I found this course a great learning experiment where I developed the ability to more readily tap into my awareness of my ego and self, and the tools I have learned from this app still serve me to today.
