My Wife Competes in the 2019 Noosa Multi Sports Festival

In this video, I am going to share two crazy criteriums, including criterium racing tips on a tricky hotdog course. In addition, my wife competes in the world's largest Olympic distance triathlons at the famous Noosa Triathlon Multi Sports Festival.

We start two days out from the festival, where Alice visits Giant Noosa, to fix a wheel in her Specialized Tarmac Expert. Alice was using Giant SLR One wheels for the race, which has a slight rattle. Alice’s Specialized road bike also needed a good service.

Alice shares some of her pre-race nutrition and also I share some training tips for a pre-race warm up.

Then we head to the Noosa Criterium, where the Go-Pro is onboard the Australian National Road Champions bike – Michael Freiberg’s - A Ridley Noah, from Pro Racing Sunshine Coast.

After the criterium, I share scenes from the Noosa Triathlon where Alice finished 19th in her age group with a time of 2 hours 37 mins.
