Custom ICF Waterfront Home - Rocky Bay Part 9 - Water feature and lighting!

Here is a quick update on the ICF (insulated concrete form) rental property we are building on Rocky Bay in Gig Harbor, WA. Our electricians have left the site and the inspection went well! Our team has completed the rock water feature and will be starting the custom shotcrete concrete retaining walls as well as the artistic vertical shotcrete walls on the exterior of the home shortly.
